Our XT135 out-of-autoclave (OOA) tooling prepreg has specially developed to deliver a high standard of surface finish and low void content when cured in an oven under vacuum pressure only so makes the production of high quality prepreg composite moulds accessible to most manufacturers without the significant investment and running costs of an autoclave. Customers with an autoclave can use our XT180 and XT210 tooling prepregs and benefit from outstanding mechanical properties and higher service temperatures.

Although our autoclave tooling prepregs are generally made-to-order, our XT135 out-of-autoclave tooling prepreg is held in stock for immediate dispatch. To speed processing and minimise thaw/freeze cycles it is stocked in a choice of pre-rolled lengths or available in full roll quantities for maximum savings.
