Dedicated composites snips for pre-preg and wet lay laminators

Originally used by seamstresses as thread snips this small, spring loaded type of scissor has since been adapted and developed for use by professional pre-preg and wet lay composites laminators to make small neat cuts to carbon fibre and other materials when the reinforcement has already been laid into the mould.

These Professional Composites Prepreg Snips feature serrated blades ensuring they don't 'slip back' when cutting even heavy pre-pregs and crucially they have smooth rounded ends making them less likely to scratch a mould when working in tight corners.

Precision manufactured from high carbon tool steel and completely PTFE coated (Xylan technology) these composites snips will provide a lifetime of service even in the busiest composites workshop.
